Sessions will be delivered by Atos Medical UK Tracheostomy Clinical Educators as well as clinicians currently working within specialist areas of respiratory with extensive tracheostomy clinical experience
Sessions will be delivered by Atos Medical UK Tracheostomy Clinical Educators as well as clinicians currently working within specialist areas of respiratory with extensive tracheostomy clinical experience. The study day will cover topics such as:
- Advanced humidification and pulmonary health
- Clinical implication of tracheostomy tube choice and the patient journey from acute hospital to community.
The day will provide a mix of lecture style sessions, case study discussions and hands-on practical stations. CPD certificate will be provided for all attendees
This study day, organised by the ACPRC and Atos Medical UK, would suit clinicians of an intermediate level who are working within respiratory care and have an interest in tracheostomy best practice.
The study day will be capped at 40 delegates to maximise discussion time and opportunities for hands-on experience.
