Travel

NET Trams:
Nottingham Trams offers customers a fantastic range of tickets, which are available via their ticket machines at stops, the NETGO! App or contactless payment on validators.

Ticket Machines
Every tram stop has ticket vending machines where you can purchase tickets using cash, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Simply follow the touchscreen instructions to select your ticket type and pay. If you need assistance, help points are available at each stop.
NETGO! App
The NETGO! app allows you to buy and store tickets digitally. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your tickets are ready to use immediately.
Contactless Payment
Our lime green validators accept contactless payment for adult singles and day tickets. Just tap your contactless bank card or phone at the start of your journey – you’ll see a green tick and hear a beep once payment has been made. No need to tap out (unless you’re using a short hop ticket – more on that below). You must tap on before each trip.
Our staff out on the network have the ability to scan debit/credit cards to check that a ticket purchase has been made, should we request to see your ticket.
Day tickets prices
Just hopping on for the day? We’ve got flexible options for all ages.
